Questions people ask
Is RapidHeat legit?
Yes. rapidheatcanada.com is the official Canadian store. You pay through a secure Shopify checkout, prices are in CA$, shipping is free across Canada and you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Does RapidHeat really work?
It's made to warm one small to medium room, such as a bedroom, office, bathroom or basement room. It won't heat a whole house or a large open space. The 30-day guarantee lets you test it in your own room.
Where are the customer reviews?
Our Canadian store is new, so we don't have verified reviews yet. We won't post fake or copied ones. Real reviews from Canadian buyers will appear here as they come in.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the return. See our returns page for the details.
Is it noisy?
It has a small fan, so you'll hear a soft hum. Eco mode keeps it gentle once the room is warm.
How big a room will it heat?
It suits small to medium rooms. Closed doors, good insulation and eco mode all help. For larger rooms, many people use one heater per room.
Is it safe?
It uses a PTC ceramic element with no exposed glowing coil, plus overheat protection. Plug it straight into a wall outlet, never into a power bar, and keep the clearances in the instructions.
How do I leave a review?
After delivery, email support@rapidheatcanada.com with your honest feedback. Good or bad, we read every message.
